Ryo KAWAMOTO
Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1998, lives in Tokyo.
Graduated from the University of Tokyo School of Medicine.
Ryo is a biologist who has a passion for architecture as well. In the "Public restroom near Akamon" project, Ryo came up with a new concept for a multipurpose toilet after conducting detailed interviews with users from various backgrounds and with different requirements. Ryo also served as the project leader for Grubin, where they developed an innovative food recycling system using a specific insect called the black soldier fly. Ryo was born and raised in Nishinomiya City and has a deep affection for Mount Rokko.
