Niiyama HIROSHI ＋ Kobe Municipal High School of Science and Technology
Born in Kyoto in 1964, lives in Hyogo Prefecture.
Graduated from Osaka Kyoiku University in 1987.
The art unit is made up of Niiyama Hiroshi, an author and educator at Kobe Municipal Science and Technology High School, and his architecture students. The unit is striving to create a monumental work that makes the most of Mt. Rokko’s charms.
