Mao SHIBATA
Born 1998 in Kanagawa, Live in Tokyo.
Graduated from the sculpture department at Tama Art University in 2022.
Currently enrolled in a post-graduate program in sculpture at Tokyo University of the Arts.
I create sculptures and installations using physical and digital elements that are based on the theme of “interpersonal connections” and “means of communication” as they relate to the contemporary era.
