Illustrator/Artist. Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1970. His work is distinguished by free abstract linear expressions. Many of his pictures make use of bird motifs, and in addition to published collections of his works, such as Bird Book and Colored Bird Book (Utrecht), he has created books, posters, CD jackets, textile designs, among other things. He also holds painting workshops throughout Japan, and serves as the director of the RINGO ART CLUB painting school.
