Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2020, and completed the master's program in Film and New Media at the Graduate School of Film and New Media at the same university in 2024. They create works using light and organic materials, such as photographic devices that utilize biological crystalline lenses as optical lenses, and anthotypes using plant-derived photosensitizers.The crystalline lens is an organ through which another living being once saw the world, and at the same time, as demonstrated by isotope ecology, it is an organ that harbors environmental history across the span of life's time. Focusing on these properties, they question the boundaries between seeing and being seen while connecting vision with somatosensory and visceral sensations, thereby exploring the possibilities of perception. Through practices that involve hunting, local fieldwork, skin, and plants, they create works as experiments to understand different organisms and ecologies—transcending the relationships among light, body, and environment rather than merely observing from a one-sided perspective.
