MIYAZAKI Hiroshi

2007: B.S. in Civil Engineering, Ritsumeikan University
2018: M.A. in Education, Graduate School of Letters, Kansai University
Born in Osaka and currently based in Shiga, Japan. Artist and educator.
Creates installation works that explore invisible phenomena and layers of time through
the tactile qualities of place, material, and documentation.
Through travel, fieldwork, and embodied experiences, values “tasting” the world
as a sensory encounter, investigating the presence and memories that emerge within a site.
Currently developing the studio project “Azuchi Zukōshitsu”
as a platform connecting art, education, and inquiry.
