MOJAHID Musa
Born 1990 in Narsingdi, live in Dhaka, bangladesh
M.F.A. in Sculpture, Institute of Fine Arts, University of Chittagong(2015)
Musa’s sculptural practice investigates the socio-political positioning of human and animal bodies through decontextualization. By isolating animals from their conventional environments, he interrogates the constructs of civilization and domestication—specifically how life becomes an industrial by-product within economic systems. Merging traditional Bangladeshi clay culture and artisanal memory with found materials, his work reflects on contemporary consumption, power, and the fragile boundary between nature and human intervention.
