After working at Junya Ishigami + Associates, Reiko Tsubota has been based in Tokyo since 2025, practicing through reiko tsubota architects and the collaborative platform Chikei Hara (Researcher/Independent Curator) + Reiko Tsubota (Architect). She is also a member of the architectural collective GROUP. Working primarily through architectural design, she engages in the design and production of spaces. She is a licensed first-class architect and registered managing architect.
