The highest-elevation observatory on Mt. Rokko*. This observatory offers panoramic views from an elevation of 888 meters. The sweeping vista extends from Awaji Island across the Osaka Plain to Kansai International Airport. At night, the scenery transforms into the celebrated “Ten-Million-Dollar Night View.”
