Masaya MIZUTA

Born in Aichi, live in Kyoto
Master of Design Strategy, Kyushu University

His activities focus on the theme of “how animals and humans interact.” He gathers information about the relationships between human and animal subjects and creates works based on the contradictions and discomforts that arise in the process. He mainly uses video, sculptures, text, and sound. Recent major activities include “Reality 47” (Oita Prefectural Art Museum, Oita, 2022), “Toyooka Theater Festival 2023” (Aity lawn area, Hyogo, 2023), “ATAMI ART GRANT 2023” (Ozaki Land Building, Shizuoka, 2023), etc.
