Waft Lab is an interdisciplinary initiative based in Surabaya, Indonesia, driven by the do-it-yourself spirit encompassing art, subculture, science, and technology. Since 2011, Waft Lab has organized various activities including workshops, discussions, exhibitions, and festivals with the objective of fostering fresh ideas and establishing sustainable collective networks. Situated in Surabaya, one of the big cities in Indonesia known for its industrial landscape and abundant waste, we integrate this representative lifestyle into our creative process.
