Taichi YOSHIMURA

Born 1986 in Hyogo, Live in Osaka.
2009 graduated Design Department, Osaka University of Arts

His works evoke human consciousness, traces, and memories. In recent years, he has launched a series of three-dimensional wood sculptures recreating graffiti left on city streets. He infuses the memories of places into his sculptures and combines them with other media to create his works. His exhibitions include “BankART Life7 UrbanNesting: Reinhabiting the City” at BankART Station (Kanagawa, 2024), “Rumours in the City” at A-LAB (Hyogo, 2023), “Frieze Seoul 2023 -Focus Asia-” at COEX (Seoul, 2023), and the solo exhibition 34°40'33"N135°29'55"E at Marco Gallery (Osaka, 2022).
